Philippe Briand is among the least diligent deputies to the National Assembly!
Following a tweet of Mourad Guichard , I went for a ride on the site LCP (The Parliamentary Channel) when I came across a small issue 6 minutes "MP day " ... dedicated to Philippe Briand, UMP deputy from the 5th district of Indre-et-Loire!
What's nice is that all videos are exportable on blogs (IFRAME) ...
