I tested it for YOU ????!!!!!
Below legislation
The collective residential buildings Regarding the new collective residential buildings:
The Total number of seats to be reserved for mandatory Disabled was established by Decree No. 80-637 of 4 August 1980, Decree No. 94-86 of January 26, 1994 and the decrees of 24 December 1980 and 21 September 1982. Thus the decree of 24/12/1980 fixed at 5% the total number of seats to be reserved for mandatory disabled.
From 1 January 2007, the new collective residential buildings, the places suitable for the use of occupants must be at least 5% of the total number of seats provided for occupants. Moreover, the places suitable for use by visitors must be at least 5% of the total number of seats provided for visitors.
Regarding the existing collective residential buildings: In a condominium, the co-ownership is the sole authority to decide to book a place for people with disabilities . In case of modification works or extension on a building group exists, if the ratio of cost of work to the building's value is greater than or equal to 80%, private parking spaces, cellars and basements which are carried out private work must comply with the provisions relating to accessibility. Unfortunately this building date from before the Act of 2007
